Temporary closure of phone lines and service – 21st September (9am-5pm)
Dear Direct Payment Holders,
Please note that our service and phone lines will be temporarily closed for staff training on Thursday 21st September, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During this time, our team will be undergoing important training to develop our services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure.
If you need to reach us during this period, we have two alternative options available:
- Leave a Voicemail: If you call our phone number during the closure, please leave a voicemail message. Our employment, advice and guidance officers will then be able to address your messages upon return.
- Email us at info@herts-dpss.co.uk : We encourage you to email us at this address for any assistance you require during the closure. Our dedicated team will monitor the mailbox upon return and provide timely responses.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we invest in staff training to ensure a high quality of service and improved support for you.
