Read our quarterly newsletter!

In this newsletter we are pleased to share a range of valuable resources and opportunities for support, creativity and well-being.

First, we invite you to join our Free Online Support Drop-In Workshop for Direct Payment holders and representatives — a welcoming space to ask questions, receive guidance, and connect with others navigating similar experiences.

We are also sharing information about SPACE Hertfordshire, an award-winning charity that provides a wide selection of free workshops, webinars, and training for families of neurodiverse children and young people. Their sessions cover everything from emotional regulation to navigating the SEND system, offering vital support to parents and carers.

To help you stay engaged and active at home, we are featuring two fantastic initiatives:

  • Sense’s Creative Activities Guide – a flexible, inclusive resource full of sensory and artistic ideas tailored for individuals with disabilities. These activities support mental well-being, self-expression, and relaxation through texture, colour, and sound.

  • WheelPower’s Free Online Exercise Classes – accessible fitness sessions via Zoom for wheelchair users, including BoxFit, yoga, tai chi, and inclusive dance.

Read on to find out more and make the most of these enriching opportunities.
